I'am writing to express my interest in the Sales Manager, Business Unit Manager, Merchamdiser positions open

I believe that my technical experience and education will make me a competitive candidate for thoses position.

As a 4 years Sales manager ın Lidl, customer satisfaction was my top priority. I ensured that a proper level of stock was maintained, and that the merchandise was displayed appropriately with proper sıgnage and favorable shelf placement. This includes setup, plan-o-gram execution, as well as the stocking. fronting, facing, and rotating of the manufacturer’s products.

As a 4 years team Manager, my responsibilities have included hiring, training, and supervising store service personnel. Maintaining a good rapport with employees at all levels was essential, and having effective communication with both employees and customers was the key to my success.

My role was also to resolve issues that may arise as a result of audits, and solve problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team.
